The Top 5 – Resolutions for 2018

Make this coming year your best yet!

  1. Write at least one article. Getting published is a great way to set yourself apart from your peers, but there are lots of other benefits as well.
  2. Attend a live CLE program. Sure, webinars from your own office are easy, but in person you can ask questions and meet the presenters afterward to find out more—especially rewarding if you're still trying to decide what area of law best suits you.
  3. Become a leader.  Complete the online form by February 2nd to nominate yourself for a position on an ISBA Section Council.
  4. Make new friends.  The ISBA's YLD regularly offers free and inexpensive opportunities to network, such as the upcoming free speed networking event on February 9th in Chicago.
  5. Give back. With so many ways to help your community, you're sure to find a volunteer opportunity that's both fun and rewarding.
