The 2024 conference rate is $195 for single or double occupancy, plus applicable state and local taxes.
Room Reservation Deadline
Reservations must be made by 5:30 p.m. (CST) on May 10, 2024. Reservations received after this date will be subject to availability. Reservations received after this date will be subject to availability. The deposit will be forfeited for all no-shows, early departures, and cancellations less than 72 hours prior to arrival.
